You’ll be able to see and accept jobs within 30 miles of where you are located.
Jaxee will send you a notification about an available job any time a user searches for a job in your area relevant to your skillset. Jaxee users can also requests you via your profile.
Once a Jaxee user chooses you to complete their job, you’ll get a notification on your smartphone.
Jaxee users can book a job as far in advance as they like. Some jobs may be for an immediate need, and some may be for a future appointment – either way, you’ll be able to see the time and date on the job invitation.
Once you’re booked and confirmed, you’ll be able to see your customer’s contact information in the app (and they’ll see yours too).
Always confirm the date, time, and location with your customer, and it never hurts to double check the day before! Clear and direct communication is the key to preventing wasted time.

Our flexible payment options are the best in the business You can:
- Say “so long!” to unpaid invoices and receive payment by credit card through the Jaxee app with a 6% processing fee. The net proceeds will show up in your bank account within 7 business days.
- Use PayPal. You won’t see any additional Jaxee fees with this option, but we can’t speak for PayPal.
- Have the customer pay you directly with cash or check. No additional fees and no third party payment processor required.
No. There are no annual or monthly fees, no set up fees and no registration fees.
You only pay $5 for every job you accept and there is a 6% processing fee if you choose to accept payment by credit card.
We’ll show you all the service providers near you who are available to complete your job. You can choose based on their profile or send a request to everyone available at once, in which case it becomes first come first serve – whatever you prefer.
Once you’ve booked and confirmed your a service provider, you’ll be able to see their contact information in the app (and they’ll see yours too).
If you need to make a change in any part of your booking, it’s best to contact your service provider directly.
Talk to your tradesman and see which of our three payment options (credit card through our app, PayPal, or directly by cash or check) is best.
